North Dallas Pond hockey-specific strength training programs ensures that your workouts translate directly to on-ice performance. We focus on specific muscle groups with state of the art equipment from Russian Boxes, cycle bikes, squat racks, free weights, stride machine and much more for strength building to improve skating, power, and balance.
